About the Role
Ascentech Services Ltd is seeking a vigilant, professional, and physically fit Bouncer to maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff, and property in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the first line of defense, ensuring that all visitors enjoy a safe and welcoming atmosphere while upholding venue policies.
Key Responsibilities- Control the entry and exit of guests, verifying eligibility and maintaining maximum occupancy limits.
- Maintain order within the venue, responding promptly to disturbances and suspicious activities.
- De-escalate conflicts professionally and safely remove disruptive individuals when necessary.
- Conduct routine security checks and enforce venue rules, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate closely with management and internal security teams to safeguard the premises.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and document all security-related events thoroughly.
- Assist during emergencies, medical situations, and building evacuations with a calm demeanor.
- Minimum of SSCE or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven professional experience as a bouncer, security officer, or in a related safety role.
- Exceptional physical fitness with the stamina to stand and remain alert for extended periods.
- Strong observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm under high-pressure conditions and manage difficult situations tactfully.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
