About the Role

We are currently seeking a hardworking and experienced Gardener to join our facilities team and take charge of keeping our company gardens, lawns, plants, and outdoor areas healthy, clean, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain lawns, gardens, flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants to ensure optimal health and growth.
- Water plants regularly and implement proper care schedules tailored to different seasons.
- Plant new flowers, trees, and ornamental plants to enhance landscape aesthetics.
- Prune trees, shrubs, and flowers as required to promote healthy growth and neat appearances.
- Mow and trim lawns and grass regularly using standard gardening equipment.
- Keep outdoor areas, walkways, and garden surroundings clean, tidy, and free of debris.
- Identify and report plant diseases, pests, or nutritional deficiencies promptly.
- Dispose of leaves, grass, branches, and other garden waste properly and sustainably.
- Assist with landscaping upgrades and general outdoor maintenance activities as needed.
- Ensure all gardening tools and equipment are properly maintained, cleaned, and securely stored.
- Proven previous experience as a Gardener, Groundskeeper, or in a similar landscaping role.
- Strong working knowledge of basic horticulture, plant care, and soil management.
- Proficiency in safely operating and maintaining standard gardening tools and equipment.
- Physically fit with the stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Reliable, hardworking, and highly responsible with a proactive work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining clean and presentable spaces.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
