Key Responsibilities- Record daily financial transactions accurately and maintain orderly digital and physical filing systems for all receipts and invoices.
- Prepare and issue client invoices promptly, while proactively following up on payment statuses to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and mobile-money accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist the finance team in pulling together documentation and data for the monthly financial close.
- Support general administrative finance tasks and ad-hoc reporting as assigned by management.
- Recent graduate or current undergraduate studying Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles, general ledgers, and financial statement basics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with modern accounting software or tools.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and high integrity in handling sensitive data.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for effective vendor and client interactions.
