Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily boarding activities and maintain order within the hostel premises.
- Provide pastoral care, guidance, and emotional support to students, fostering a family-like atmosphere.
- Enforce school rules, safety protocols, and codes of conduct consistently.
- Monitor students' personal hygiene, health, and general well-being in coordination with the school clinic.
- Organize evening prep sessions, extracurricular activities, and weekend programs for boarders.
- Act as a reliable bridge of communication between parents, students, and school management.
- Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- A genuine love for children and a strong passion for youth mentorship and development.
- Friendly, sociable, patient, and approachable personality.

- Prior experience in a boarding school or residential care environment is an added advantage.
