About the Role
Viju Industries Nigeria Limited, a leading and renowned name in the beverage production industry, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Blow-Fill-Seal Machine Operator to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless operation, routine maintenance, and optimal efficiency of our automated bottling and packaging lines to meet high-volume production targets while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate fully automatic blow-fill-seal equipment such as Krones and Sidel machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Conduct routine mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and prompt repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor production lines continuously to ensure product quality, correct fill levels, and package integrity.
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules and keep accurate logs of equipment performance and servicing activities.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance and production teams to resolve operational issues swiftly.
- Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines, health regulations, and hygiene standards within the production plant.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on operation and maintenance experience with fully automatic blow-fill-seal equipment (Krones, Sidel, or similar systems).
- Solid working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, automation, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Relevant technical certification, diploma, or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical faults quickly.
