Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot fully automatic blow-fill-seal equipment such as Krones and Sidel systems to meet daily production targets.
- Perform comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Inspect electrical and mechanical systems regularly, diagnosing faults and executing necessary repairs safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the quality assurance team to ensure all packaged beverages meet strict regulatory and company standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of machine performance, downtime, maintenance activities, and raw material usage.
- Adhere strictly to all company health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring a clean and hazard-free workspace.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on operational and maintenance experience with fully automatic blow-fill-seal equipment in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and industrial automation.
- Relevant technical certification, diploma, or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a shift-based production environment.
