About the Role
Martglobal Limited is a leading manufacturer of high-quality polytene materials, specializing in sustainable, innovative, and durable polyethylene-based products for diverse industrial and consumer applications with over a decade of market expertise. We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Quality Control Officer to join our dynamic production team in Nigeria and uphold our strict standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct rigorous incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to guarantee superior output.
- Ensure all manufactured items strictly conform to approved specifications and industry quality standards.
- Inspect critical parameters including dimensions, finishing, and overall product integrity.
- Identify, isolate, and document any non-conforming products and raw materials promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive inspection and detailed quality reports for management review.
- Collaborate closely with Production and Engineering teams to swiftly troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date quality records and documentation.
- Support internal and external quality audits to maintain compliance certifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to the company's Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in a relevant scientific, engineering, or technical discipline.
- Essential and proven requisite working experience within a polythene or plastic manufacturing company.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and defect identification.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in preparing technical reports and maintaining documentation.
