Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Biology lessons aligned with the approved curriculum for secondary school students.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to effective learning and student engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Supervise laboratory practical sessions to ensure safety and hands-on understanding of biological concepts.
- Participate actively in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Uphold the Christian values and ethos of the school in all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Minimum of an NCE or B.Ed in Biology or a relevant education field.
- Proven teaching experience with a strong track record of effective classroom management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to inspire students.
