We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Biology Teacher to join our dynamic academic team. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging Biology lessons that inspire curiosity and foster scientific thinking among our diverse student population. You will contribute to our inclusive educational philosophy by supporting all learners, including those with special educational needs, ensuring every student achieves their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Biology lessons aligned with the British-Nigerian curriculum standards
- Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences that cater to diverse learner needs
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth
- Collaborate with special education specialists to support students with additional needs
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
- Participate in school activities, events, and professional development initiatives
- Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment that promotes scientific inquiry
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), or National Certificate in Education (NCE) in Biology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven teaching experience at secondary level
- Strong subject matter expertise in Biology
