Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Biology instruction in accordance with the Nigerian National Policy on Education and AJC academic standards.
- Cover the school scheme of work effectively and efficiently, integrating practical real-life applications into daily lessons.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Act as a positive role model and mentor to students, demonstrating strong ethical values and an understanding of adolescent psychology.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Biology or a related equivalent qualification.
- Mandatory possession of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to enhance classroom instruction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a strong command of the English language.
