We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Billing Officer to join our dynamic finance team and ensure seamless financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily billing, invoicing, and payment processing for patients with high accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and documentation in line with company policies.
- Perform daily and periodic reconciliations of accounts and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial protocols, upholding integrity and accountability in all transactions.
- Collaborate with the front desk and administrative teams to verify patient insurance and payment statuses.
- Minimum of an OND or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on professional experience in billing, invoicing, or a similar finance role.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and relevant financial or clinic management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage records efficiently.
