Key Responsibilities- Climb and work securely on various billboard structures at significant heights using appropriate gear.
- Install, replace, and remove billboard advertising flex, vinyl, and promotional materials efficiently.
- Assist team members with lifting, positioning, and securing banners and heavy installation materials.
- Utilize ropes, harnesses, ladders, and scaffolding equipment in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Carry out routine maintenance checks and perform minor structural repairs on billboard frames.
- Collaborate effectively as a vital part of the on-site installation and rigging team.
- Adhere strictly to all occupational health and safety procedures while operating in elevated environments.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and functional state.
- Previous hands-on experience in billboard installation, signage, construction, rigging, roofing, or scaffolding.
- Demonstrated comfort and confidence working at significant heights under various weather conditions.
- Exceptional physical fitness with the stamina to lift, carry, and handle heavy materials daily.
- Strong physical balance, motor coordination, and deep situational awareness of workplace safety.
- High level of dependability, punctuality, and flexibility regarding working hours to meet tight project deadlines.
- Familiarity with the correct usage and inspection of safety harnesses, fall arrest systems, and climbing gear.
