We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Bids & Tender Coordinator to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by identifying, preparing, and successfully submitting high-quality bids, tenders, and commercial proposals. Key Responsibilities- Identify, track, and evaluate relevant bid and tender opportunities from government agencies, private sector clients, and procurement portals.
- Coordinate the end-to-end preparation, compilation, review, and submission of technical and commercial bid documents within strict deadlines.
- Ensure all submissions strictly comply with client specifications, regulatory standards, and internal company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal engineering, commercial, and technical departments to gather required proposal inputs.
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date database of company profiles, certifications, historical submissions, and tender outcomes.
- Conduct targeted market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging procurement opportunities.
- Manage pre-bid meetings, clarification requests, and stakeholder communications with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, business development, or tender coordination.
- Familiarity with Nigerian regulatory and tender portals such as NIPEX, NCDMB, and related procurement systems.
- Prior working experience or exposure within the oil and gas, energy, ICT, or construction sectors is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and manage competing deadlines under pressure.
