About the Role
Dexterous Applied Training Institute (DATI) is an industry-certified Training and Consultancy Institute established to support governmental agencies, organizations, host communities, and their people across the oil and gas, manufacturing, production, banking, energy, hospitality, and educational sectors. We are committed to closing the skills gap in Nigerian industry and driving technology transfer. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, driven Bid & Tender Officer to support our ambitious business expansion and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor tendering platforms daily, including NipeX, NAPIMS, and various e-procurement portals, to evaluate RFQ, RFP, EOI, and prequalification opportunities.
- Develop detailed bid-compliance matrices and write compelling technical and commercial proposals articulating DATI's value proposition.
- Collaborate with Training, Finance, Operations, HSE, Legal, and HR teams to gather operational credentials, pricing, and legal attachments.
- Maintain a repository of corporate compliance documents including NCEC, BPP, ITF, NSITF, PENCOM, tax clearances, and CAC assets for error-free submissions.
- Manage client clarifications, track win/loss outcomes, support contract handovers, and maintain the CRM sales pipeline.
- Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in technical and commercial bid writing, RFQ/RFP compilation, and navigating NipeX, NAPIMS, or public/private sector tenders.
- Strong expertise in bid-compliance matrix creation, commercial cost estimation, e-procurement portal navigation, and technical writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM pipeline tracking.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous approach to strict submission deadlines and zero tolerance for administrative errors.
