Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the complete preparation, review, and submission of bids, proposals, and tender documents in strict compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all tenders, contracts, and related project correspondence.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in the oil and gas, waste management, and marine services sectors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, external consultants, and internal departments throughout the tendering lifecycle.
- Ensure all proposals strictly comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards, including vital environmental and safety requirements.
- Draft compelling technical and commercial proposals utilizing expert input from engineering, finance, and operations teams.
- Track tender timelines meticulously to guarantee submissions are completed well ahead of deadlines.
- Monitor post-tender outcomes, debrief management, and provide vital support during contract negotiations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of proven professional experience in bids and tender coordination within the Oil & Gas, waste management, or environmental consultancy industries.
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of the tendering process and regulatory frameworks within the Nigerian oil and gas sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern tender management software.
