About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Fixed Equipment Strategy Specialist II to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating comprehensive fixed equipment strategy development for our site, ensuring optimal operational reliability and safety compliance across all facility assets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the facility-wide maintenance function to guarantee the availability of safe, responsive, and high-quality repair and maintenance services.
- Oversee preventive, routine, non-routine, and emergency maintenance capabilities to minimize operational downtime.
- Provide expert materials engineering support for both routine operations and major turnaround activities on site.
- Drive staff development, motivation, and internal coordination to maximize team efficiency and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience within a relevant discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of industry design standards, technical specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt seamlessly to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in project priorities.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite for reporting, planning, and technical documentation.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with exceptional technical and business communication skills.
