About the Role
Beneprojecti Nigeria Limited is a wholly owned indigenous EPCMM company established in 1995, renowned for delivering exceptional onshore and offshore engineering, procurement, construction, management, and maintenance services across Nigeria's upstream and downstream oil and gas sectors. We are currently looking for a seasoned Bid Administrator to join our dynamic team and drive our business development initiatives through successful tender management.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and monitor tender opportunities across NipeX, NNPC, NOGIC, and major EPC contractor platforms.
- Review ITTs, RFQs, and RFPs thoroughly to determine exact submission requirements.
- Coordinate the preparation, compilation, and submission of robust technical and commercial proposals.
- Ensure 100% compliance of all bid submissions with client specifications, company policies, and strict deadlines.
- Liaise seamlessly with Procurement, Technical, Finance, and Business Development teams to gather necessary documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive bid schedules, compliance matrices, and tender checklists.
- Maintain a centralized, highly organized database of all bids, tenders, and proposal assets.
- Track bid outcomes, analyze win/loss ratios, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in bid management or tender coordination within the oil and gas industry.
- In-depth knowledge of oil and gas tendering processes, procurement regulations, and commercial documentation.
- Demonstrated experience navigating NipeX, NNPC, IOCs, and major EPC contractor environments.
- Exceptional proposal writing, documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple bids under intense pressure.
