We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Automotive Workshop Manager to lead our technical team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of automotive technicians to maximize daily productivity and performance.
- Develop and execute practical business growth strategies to increase workshop revenue and profitability.
- Streamline repair processes to improve vehicle turnaround times while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and ensuring transparent communication.
- Control operational costs, manage inventory efficiently, and minimize operational wastage.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in workshop management.
- In-depth technical knowledge of major vehicle brands including Mercedes, Honda, Toyota, and Volkswagen.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with a proven track record of increasing revenue and controlling operational costs.
