Key Responsibilities- Perform intricate hand-beading and embellishment on garments strictly according to approved design specifications and client inspiration.
- Ensure all beads, sequins, and materials are securely attached, neatly arranged, and evenly placed for a flawless finish.
- Inspect finished pieces thoroughly to maintain Carew Couture's high standards of quality control and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate closely with tailors, designers, and production staff to ensure timely delivery of custom and ready-to-wear collections.
- Manage assigned production timelines effectively to meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working station within the design studio.
- Proven professional experience in hand-sewing, garment beading, and textile embellishment.
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong creative flair with a deep appreciation for high-end fashion and garment detailing.
