About the Role
MAX is transforming African mobility and last-mile delivery by providing innovative electric vehicle solutions that connect drivers and merchants. We are currently seeking a dedicated Battery Swap Attendant to oversee daily station operations and support our growing community of electric motorcycle riders in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations at the battery swap station, ensuring safe, fast, and efficient transactions for electric motorcycle riders.
- Assist drivers with the battery swapping process, providing clear guidance and excellent customer service.
- Manage the charging lifecycle, monitoring power levels and overseeing overnight charging to guarantee fully charged batteries for the next business day.
- Coordinate proper parking and overnight security for all electric motorcycles at the station premises.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of battery swaps, inventory status, and operational incidents.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols across the facility to protect staff and customers.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in operations, customer service, or technical support roles.
- Hold an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a related technical or business field.
- Demonstrated ability to lift heavy batteries and perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, customer-first attitude.
- Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
