About the Role
George Houston Resources Limited (GHR) is a leading HR consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations achieve their corporate objectives through strategic solutions. We are currently recruiting a physically fit and responsible Battery Attendant to support our client's dynamic battery-swapping operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a seamless energy supply for electric mobility users while upholding the highest safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out fast and efficient battery swaps for riders to minimize waiting times.
- Connect batteries properly to charging units following strict safety protocols.
- Remove fully charged batteries from racks and store them securely in designated areas.
- Monitor active charging processes closely and report any faults, defects, or abnormalities immediately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting riders professionally during all transactions.
- Maintain optimal cleanliness, safety, and organization across the entire battery charging station.
- Adhere strictly to established operational guidelines and workplace safety procedures.
- Support the Station Manager with additional daily station activities and logistics as required.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Physically fit with the ability to safely lift, carry, and handle heavy batteries.
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with riders.
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
