In this vital role, you will be responsible for shaping young minds, fostering technical aptitude, and delivering engaging lessons that prepare students for future technological advancements and academic success within a structured secondary school environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean, tidy, and orderly classroom environment that is conducive to effective teaching and learning.
- Create, prepare, and distribute comprehensive educational content including lesson notes, summaries, and practical assignments.
- Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on demonstrations in Basic Technology and Technical Drawing.
- Assess, evaluate, and record students' academic progress regularly, providing constructive grades and actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to support student development and participate in school activities.
- Minimum of an NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education) or B.Ed. qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of active teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
- Proficiency in teaching Basic Technology and Technical Drawing to secondary school students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
