Adonville School, a reputable private co-educational institution located in Ipaja, Lagos State, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool / Nursery Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons and activities tailored to the developmental needs of preschool and nursery children.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining accurate records of developmental milestones and academic achievements.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school management, and parents to support holistic child development.
- Implement positive classroom management strategies to ensure a safe, orderly, and respectful learning space.
- Organize creative activities such as arts, crafts, music, and outdoor play to support motor skills development.
- Minimum of NCE, HND, B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A in Education or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working in a preschool or nursery teaching environment is an added advantage.
- Must reside within Baruwa, Ipaja, Ayobo, Egbeda, and their immediate environs for easy commuting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patience-driven teaching skills.
