Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Basic Science and Technology across assigned classes
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that promote critical thinking and practical learning
- Create a conducive classroom environment that fosters student participation and academic growth
- Assess student progress through continuous evaluation and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment and institutional standards
- Participate in school management activities and contribute to the development of educational policies
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and attendance
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.ED or Bs.Ed) in Basic Science or Technology
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in school management or teaching at secondary level
- Strong subject matter expertise and passion for science education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
