Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in accordance with the Nigerian and British curricula to primary or secondary students.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress and personal development, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and uphold the high discipline standards of the institution.
- Participate actively in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching aids, examination questions, and termly reports in a timely manner.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc/B.A with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), NCE, or any relevant academic qualification.
- Proven teaching experience within a recognized primary or secondary school environment.
- Deep understanding of modern pedagogical techniques and curriculum delivery.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Must reside within Isheri-Igando, Alimosho, or easily accessible environs in Lagos State.
