Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and house specifications.
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and offer expert menu recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-stocked bar area complying with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and electronic payment transactions responsibly using the property management systems.
- Monitor guest consumption and behaviour to ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Proven practical experience working as a bartender or mixologist in a reputable hospitality establishment is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated honesty, high reliability, and the ability to thrive within a diverse team.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, stock rotation, and bar hygiene practices.
