Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Design and introduce innovative, signature cocktails and contribute to seasonal beverage menu development.
- Engage warmly with customers, take drink orders, and provide expert recommendations tailored to individual preferences.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across the entire bar and workstation area.
- Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and collaborate with management for timely beverage supply reordering.
- Handle POS terminal transactions, cash management, and customer billing with absolute accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with local alcohol service laws, regulations, and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Minimum of an SSCE or High School Diploma, with professional certifications in bartending or mixology acting as a strong advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on professional bartending experience within a reputable hospitality or entertainment establishment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beverage pairing, and daily bar operations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer-centric skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and execute high-quality service efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
