Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee all daily club operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, revenue generation, and financial reporting to investors.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate club staff to foster a culture of exceptional customer service and teamwork.
- Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase membership, retention, and event bookings.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations within the facility.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve guest complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming environment for all patrons.
- Utilize modern technology and management software to streamline operations, inventory control, and guest management.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven managerial experience in a reputable club, bar, or hospitality establishment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional financial acumen with a track record of meeting revenue and budget targets.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality regulations, health and safety standards, and inventory management.
