About the Role
Eko Hotels & Suites, a premier 5-star hospitality destination in Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure every guest receives world-class service synonymous with our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standards and recipes.
- Welcome guests warmly, assess their preferences, and make tailored cocktail recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked bar area throughout shifts.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately using the hotel POS system.
- Comply strictly with all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and waiting staff to ensure seamless guest service.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional bartending experience in a reputable hotel, lounge, or restaurant.
- Valid certification in bartending, mixology, or hospitality management is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
