Key Responsibilities- Greet hotel guests and visitors warmly, offering menus and making beverage recommendations based on preferences.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and hotel quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Handle cash and electronic POS transactions accurately, managing the till and generating sales reports when required.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages, glassware, and bar supplies, placing timely replenishment requests with management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Minimum of SSCE or relevant hospitality certification from a recognized institution.
- Proven working experience as a Bartender, preferably within a reputable hotel, lounge, or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Residency in or around Port Harcourt, with easy accessibility to Eliozu.
