We are currently looking for a talented and charismatic Bartender to join our elite team and help us deliver unforgettable experiences to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly, take drink and food orders, and provide engaging, polite service.
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
- Proven work experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a reputable hospitality establishment.
- Exceptional knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional certifications in hospitality or mixology are an added advantage.
