Faplin Boutique Hotel is a premium, contemporary hospitality establishment located on Ijeddo Street, Otokutu, Delta State, Nigeria. Operating under the guiding philosophy of Comfort, Elegance & Unforgettable Experiences, our boutique property delivers a sophisticated home away from home experience tailored to corporate and leisure travelers. We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Barman to join our vibrant team and elevate our beverage service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Welcome guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and provide expert recommendations from the bar menu.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area adhering strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash and electronic payment transactions efficiently using the hotel's point-of-sale system.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist with regular stock counts.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure prompt and courteous guest service.
- Proven work experience as a Barman, Bartender, or similar hospitality role within a reputable hotel or lounge.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and presentable appearance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
