Key Responsibilities- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate all bar staff to ensure efficient daily operations and smooth team workflow.
- Prepare and serve exquisite cocktails and a wide variety of beverages, strictly adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and manage the timely ordering of bar supplies and beverages.
- Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation policies in compliance with industry regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate bar staff to continuously improve service delivery and product consistency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on daily sales, inventory usage, and bar performance for management.
- Proactively upsell premium drinks and promotions to enhance revenue generation.
- OND, HND, or BSc Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a reputable hospitality establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, liquor types, flavor profiles, and professional garnish techniques.
- Proficiency in operating bar equipment including shakers, blenders, and POS systems.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset.
