About the Role
Kilo's Kubicle is a modern creative lifestyle hub blending retail, lounge culture, music, pastries, tea service, and social experiences into one immersive branded environment. We are currently seeking a vibrant and skilled Barista to join our dynamic team in Abuja. In this role, you will craft premium beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to the welcoming, artist-driven energy that defines our unique cultural destination.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and precision.
- Deliver warm, attentive, and professional customer service to all guests visiting the hub.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized bar and service area in compliance with safety standards.
- Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently, including operating the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across retail, lounge, and pastry services to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Restock bar inventory, monitor ingredient freshness, and report supply needs promptly.
- Must be between 21 and 35 years of age.
- Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience working as a barista or in a similar hospitality role is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Immaculate personal hygiene, neat appearance, and professional grooming.
- Highly responsible, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Residing in Abuja or possessing the ability to reliably commute to the location.
