Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a diverse menu of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and wines according to exact standards.
- Design and introduce innovative, trending cocktail recipes to delight our clientele.
- Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and offer expert beverage recommendations.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies promptly, and minimize wastage.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene across the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure prompt, flawless service.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a reputable hospitality setting.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and advanced mixing techniques.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Relevant mixology certifications or a diploma in Hospitality Management will be a distinct advantage.
