About the Role
Kickoff Lounge is an upscale nightlife and entertainment establishment situated in Mpape, Abuja, engineered specifically for high-energy social nightlife, corporate mixers, and premium weekend leisure. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our beverage operations and ensure exceptional service delivery for our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all daily bar operations, inventory management, and stock control to minimize wastage and maximize profitability.
- Train, mentor, and supervise bartenders and barbacks to maintain high standards of mixology, speed, and customer service.
- Develop innovative cocktail menus and promotional drink campaigns tailored to our upscale clientele.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all bar areas.
- Manage supplier relationships, procurement of beverages, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor bar performance metrics, sales trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve operations.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender in an upscale lounge, club, or hospitality venue.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, beverage costing, and inventory software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure nightlife environment.
- Relevant certifications in hospitality management or mixology are an added advantage.
