In this dual-role capacity, you will seamlessly bridge the gap between our physical dining space and our digital platforms, ensuring every customer enjoys the complete Rubels and Angels food experience from the first greeting to the final bite.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to onsite guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from both physical diners and online ordering platforms.
- Serve meals promptly while ensuring immaculate quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor online orders and inquiries, coordinating with the dispatch and kitchen teams for timely fulfillment.
- Provide expert menu knowledge, guiding customers through our delicious offerings with tailored recommendations.
- Process payments securely and efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accurate billing.
- Resolve customer complaints gracefully, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the dining and service areas in compliance with food safety standards.
- Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE); an OND in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service, waitering, or the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, patient attitude under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy, familiarity with POS systems, and ability to navigate online food ordering platforms.
- Strong multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
