Key Responsibilities- Stock the bar with beer, wine, liquor, ice, glassware, garnishes, and paper products before, during, and after service hours.
- Clean and sanitize bar surfaces, including countertops, tables, sinks, and refrigeration units, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Wash and polish glassware, utensils, and bar tools promptly to maintain a continuous supply for bartenders.
- Empty trash bins, clear empty bottles, and manage waste disposal to keep the workspace organized and hazard-free.
- Collaborate effectively with bartenders and waitstaff to anticipate service needs and ensure a seamless flow of operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report shortages to management in a timely manner.
- Minimum of an O Level certificate or equivalent educational qualification.
- At least 2 years of proven working experience in a similar bar backing or hospitality support role.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy boxes of supplies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills suited for a fast-paced environment.
