About the Role
Wertvoll Consulting Services, a premier hospitality consulting firm headquartered in Lekki, Lagos, is recruiting a competent, experienced, and committed Bar Attendant on behalf of our esteemed client, South Merits Royal Hotels and Suites in Calabar, Cross River State. We are looking for a passionate professional who is ready to deliver exceptional hospitality service, maintain high standards of beverage preparation, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly while providing engaging and efficient customer service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately using the hotel point-of-sale system.
- Take beverage orders and offer expert recommendations from the drink menu when necessary.
- Manage bar inventory, report shortages, and assist with stock replenishment.
- Relevant professional qualifications in hospitality management, food and beverage service, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Bar Attendant, Bartender, or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
