Key Responsibilities- Manage, retain, and grow an existing portfolio of business and commercial banking clients to drive profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard small and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs) in the Lagos Mainland region.
- Cross-sell a comprehensive suite of financial products, including loans, asset finance, and digital banking solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and financial advisory tailored to the unique needs of business clients.
- Achieve and surpass assigned targets for liability generation, asset growth, and fee-based income.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas for the bank.
- Minimum of a First Degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
- 3 to 6 years of cognate experience in sales and customer relationship management within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing small and medium-sized business accounts and driving profitability.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
