Dunn & Braxton, a team of seasoned professionals with over 50 years of combined experience, is seeking a dynamic Bancassurance Executive to join our team in Awka. In this role, you will act as our primary representative, identifying lucrative business opportunities and driving the sales of life and general insurance products within designated partner bank branches closest to your home. Key Responsibilities- Establish, maintain, and actively grow strong relationships with branch employees and bank customers.
- Solicit new clients while nurturing prospective and existing clientele to meet sales targets.
- Handle essential administrative duties, including planning, reporting, and activity tracking.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, such as branch and client profiling, alongside competitor product surveys.
- Participate actively in district and regional monthly and quarterly strategy meetings.
- Possession of a First Degree or equivalent education in Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven, successful experience in insurance sales.
- Current residency in Awka is strictly required.
- Prior experience working within an insurance firm as a Bancassurance Agent or Insurance Sales Marketer is a distinct advantage.
