About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bancassurance Executive to represent our brand within designated partner bank branches in Asaba. In this role, you will act as the primary link between our financial solutions and bank customers, driving business growth through targeted insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities- Establish, maintain, and grow strong relationships with branch employees and bank customers to foster continuous business opportunities.
- Solicit new clients and actively expand prospective and existing clientele for life and general insurance products.
- Handle routine activities involving sales reporting, strategic planning, and general branch administration.
- Conduct market analysis activities, including branch and client profiling alongside competitor product surveys.
- Attend and actively participate in district and regional monthly and quarterly review meetings.
- First degree or equivalent education in Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in insurance sales or the banking sector.
- Must reside within Asaba or the designated location areas.
- Current experience working with an insurance firm as a Bancassurance Agent or Insurance Sales Marketer is a distinct advantage.
