Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging ballet lessons aligned with international standards
- Develop lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress
- Organize and coordinate dance recitals and performances
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate dance into the school curriculum
- Keep studio equipment and facilities in optimal condition
- Bachelor's degree in Dance, Ballet, or related discipline (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Minimum 3 years of professional ballet teaching experience
- Advanced proficiency in classical ballet technique
- Valid teaching certification or accreditation from recognized ballet institutions
