Key Responsibilities- Prepare a wide variety of breads and pastries daily in strict accordance with approved recipes and quality standards.
- Accurately measure, weigh, and scale ingredients to guarantee consistency and minimize waste in every production batch.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and fermentation processes closely to achieve optimal product quality.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen in compliance with local food safety regulations.
- Inspect baking equipment regularly and report any technical faults or ingredient shortages to management promptly.
- Possession of an HND or Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional baking experience specializing in both bread and pastry production.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern baking techniques, dough fermentation processes, and precise recipe scaling.
- Formal certification in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or professional Baking is an added advantage.
