Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all baked products meet our high standards for taste, appearance, and presentation
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organize baking equipment and ingredients efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages of baking supplies promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets and customer demand
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations consistently
- Innovate and develop new baked products to enhance our menu offerings
- Relevant baking qualification or professional certification
- Proven experience working in a bakery or professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
