About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Bagging Operator to join our production team and contribute to our mission of providing essential, value-added goods across the nation. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and control bagging and packaging machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine machine inspections, set-ups, and basic troubleshooting to minimize operational downtime.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they strictly meet quality standards and packaging specifications.
- Accurately record production data, shift logs, and operational reports as required.
- Adhere strictly to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation in compliance with workplace safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and maintenance staff during equipment changeovers and repairs.
- Minimum of an SSCE/WAEC, OND, or equivalent educational qualification.
- Technical or vocational certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Operations will be a strong added advantage.
- Proven experience operating industrial production or packaging machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of HSE protocols, quality control standards, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
