Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and practical lectures on backend development concepts, architectures, and programming languages.
- Design, update, and review curriculum materials focusing on Node.js, PHP, Laravel, and database management systems.
- Mentor and guide students through hands-on coding projects, debugging sessions, and real-world application building.
- Assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and practical coding evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the training remains relevant and cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with other instructors and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and productive learning environment.
- Proven professional experience as a backend developer, software engineer, or technical instructor.
- Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Node.js, PHP, or Laravel.
- Solid understanding of database systems, including MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, though relevant practical experience is highly valued.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in a bootcamp or academic setting is a strong advantage.
