About the Role

We are currently looking for a talented AWS Solutions Architect (Job ID: 10484832) to join our team and help translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business leaders and technical engineering teams, empowering organizations across Nigeria to accelerate their cloud adoption journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Build comprehensive architectural blueprints for multi-tier applications utilizing core AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and VPC.
- Ensure all deployed solutions align strictly with the six pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework: Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Cost Optimization, and Sustainability.
- Partner directly with enterprise stakeholders to align cloud infrastructure strategies with long-term business growth and digital transformation goals.
- Design and lead execution paths to successfully migrate legacy, on-premise systems into modern, resilient cloud ecosystems.
- Implement robust security and compliance governance utilizing least-privilege IAM policies, end-to-end data encryption, and secure network boundaries.
- Minimum of 5 years of overall IT development, implementation, or consulting experience within the software or Internet industries.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in specific technology domain areas such as cloud computing, software development, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- At least 2 years of dedicated experience in the design, implementation, or consulting of complex cloud applications and infrastructures.
- Proven track record of migrating and transforming legacy customer solutions to AWS cloud environments.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS technologies from a DevOps perspective.
