We are currently seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Automotive Workshop Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and supervise technicians to improve overall workshop productivity and efficiency.
- Drive strategic initiatives to increase workshop revenue and maximize profitability.
- Optimize vehicle turnaround times while maintaining rigorous quality control and high customer satisfaction standards.
- Effectively control operational costs, manage inventory, and minimize wastage.
- Develop and execute practical business growth strategies tailored to the Nigerian automotive market.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in workshop management.
- In-depth technical knowledge of major vehicle brands including Mercedes, Honda, Toyota, and Volkswagen.
