In this vital role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of top-tier heavy machinery, ensuring our high standards of technical excellence and operational safety are consistently maintained across projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all repair and maintenance activities for heavy machinery including CAT, Liebherr, and JCB.
- Allocate daily tasks, inspire the workshop team, and enforce strict safety and operational standards.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault diagnosis to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Oversee final inspections to guarantee all equipment repairs meet stringent quality benchmarks.
- Manage accurate, on-time documentation and maintain seamless workshop workflows.
- Mentor junior technicians, guiding their professional development and technical expertise.
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and power systems.
- Strong familiarity with modern workshop workflows, safety regulations, and diagnostics.
- Proven leadership capabilities with excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Adaptable, solutions-driven mindset with B2/C1-level proficiency in the English language.
